Loved our stay and did not want to leave there!

The staff was extremely helpful, very friendly, and responded promptly to requests. They gave us well-equipped room with shared bathroom. Satellite television, a dining area, and a seating area were a very nice touch.

The hotel offers a lovely view of the gardens, and the room was tidy. It's situated in a charming and peaceful location, just a short drive from the town center. being so close to the supermarket was very convenient for shopping.

Our stay at U Studios Masterton was truly wonderful for two nights. the location is fantastic-it's a short distance from a beautiful garden that feels like a peaceful escape from the outside world, making it a safe spot for children. Plus, it's conveniently near a supermarket and the city center, as well as the train station.

Quite away from the main business streets and the host is extremley pleasant and helful

Peaceful setting, value for money, self contained.

We had a blast with my squad. The free high-speed internet was on fleek, perfect for binging our favorite TV show on our laptops. The workspaces were huge and laptop-friendly, so we could all chill and watch together. It was dope!

We wished there was a more happening vibe for young party-goers. Maybe some cool events or a party area would have taken our stay to the next level.

Friendly Staff, easy access and quite

The above along with the surroundings were pleasant especially the gardens and grounds. The pathways were safe for people who have walking impedaments. Not quite what you can do about the ants inside the accommodation. There was only a few (8 in total that we could see) of them nothing to be overly worried about however we did need to keep all food covered up at all times. Otherwise a very pleasant experience with this motel and yes we would come back to stay and recommend it to others.

The Explore The Villa has a cozy and inviting atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. As someone with physical handicaps, I appreciated the warm and welcoming vibe that made it feel like my own personal space. The fact that all the rooms and the villa are located on the ground level was also a huge plus for easy accessibility. The studio had a well-equipped kitchenette, a comfortable seating area with a Smart TV, and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I loved being able to relax and unwind in the seating area after a busy day. The villa was spacious and featured a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with another Smart TV - perfect for larger groups or families. The guestrooms were thoughtfully designed and provided everything needed for a good night's sleep, including electric blankets, in-room heating, and ironing facilities. I felt right at home during my stay at Explore The Villa.

While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, I found that the coffee plunger provided in the room wasn't quite to my taste. However, I understand that coffee preferences can vary greatly, and others may still find enjoyment in it.
